I came to Kellie confused and frustrated because it looked like I was being charged twice for a service. One of your employees had told me face to face that the option was added to the account and taken care of. I never made a demand. This seemed like a simple issue to sort out by phone, so when I said you didn't want me to come down there, I meant that I thought it could be handled over the phone. I did not say I wanted you fired. Please don't put words in my mouth or turn this into a he-said-she-said. The fees and when they get charged weren't clear. Threatening to call police because a customer asked about the fees is unacceptable. You lied to customer relations, and nobody has offered a resolution. What's in the fine print isn't entirely my problem when an employee told me the account had been updated. Your attitude was abhorrent, and berating me over this was way out of proportion. The quick move to calling police makes me think you've done this to other customers too. It's irresponsible and dangerous, and wastes community resources and taxpayer dollars. Your customer service and ability to resolve issues are poor at best. Kellie, do better. I'll never stay at Best Western again, and I'll make sure my friends and family do the same.
