Never stay here. They charged me a $100 security deposit and won’t return it. I called the hotel and Choice Privileges corporate, and both kept insisting they had refunded the $100. My bank confirmed they hadn’t, so now I have to dispute the charge. This is absolutely insane. Also, even after remodeling, these rooms are still in Clarion Hotel.

Our room was filthy when we arrived. The beds were a mess, there was half-eaten food and garbage everywhere, and the bathroom was dirty too. They moved us to another room, but the smell as soon as we opened the door was so strong it burned our noses. In my in-laws’ room, brown water came from the showerhead, and the bathroom electricity stopped working while they were getting ready that morning.

There was blood on the floor, and the room connected to mine was unlocked. The bathroom was shared. I was promised a refund the next day, but it still hasn’t come. Please be careful if you stay here. Honestly, don’t stay here. This is the kind of place where people go missing.
