Days Inn by Wyndham Waycross

The rooms had roaches and stains on the sheets, and the place was God awful. They also took $90 from me. I’d paid through Monday morning, but got a call Sunday at 11:00 saying I had to check out. Staff were rude, basically trying to kick me out before checkout and accusing me of stealing pillows and towels. The continental breakfast supposedly closed at 9:00, but when I arrived at 8:45, a woman said it was already closed even though the sign said 9:00. Don’t recommend this place. I don’t know how they’re still in business.

We come to Waycross each year to visit family and always book at Days Inn. It’s a safe, clean place to sleep, and this time they let us check in early since we arrived ahead of time. The pool is a nice bonus. A great option if you’re in the area.

As soon as I opened the door, there was a wall of mold smell. The furniture was stained, and dust and cobwebs were all over the room. The front desk acted confused when I asked to switch, as if they thought I was lying. My second room was just as bad, with rat feces as the final touch. I got my refund and left.

I found a camera in the room, and the owners were spying on me from the room next door. The service was truly terrible, and I won’t be coming back.
