The TV stayed on all night because the remote died, and the replacement the guy gave us didn't work. My relative tried to get another one downstairs, but he didn't seem to care. We had to put a towel up to block the TV light, and even that didn't do enough. The pillows were way too uncomfortable. Breakfast was bad too: the food wasn't cooked fully, and the waffle maker's timer didn't work. Its temperature was off, so my waffle was raw in some spots. There were only about six things to eat. When we arrived, one of my family members had booked my room through the app, but the guy I spoke to couldn't find us even though we had a reservation. How is that possible with no info about my family's booking? Two stars is generous. If this happens again, maybe I'll find a way to give negative two.

We booked two nights while traveling from Mississippi for a family emergency. Check-in was quick and easy, and the manager was great. The service was excellent, and the room was clean and suited our need for a place to sleep. For the price, it was good. I've stayed in better and worse. The continental breakfast with waffles was a nice bonus.

I'm glad we called Super 8 after turning down the room we'd booked at Traveler's Inn in Douglas. The gentleman at the counter was friendly and accommodating. The room felt fresh and was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the pillows weren't flat. It was quiet too. We'll definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

The location felt safe, with lots of places to eat nearby. The crew was really nice and aimed to please. The manager even gave each of my kids a free candy bar. Clean, friendly, and a great place to stay!
