The views of Waynesville and the wooded mountains were breathtaking, and the grounds were beautifully kept. Though it's a historic inn from 1902, everything was spotless and had modern amenities. The furnishings made the place feel warm and welcoming. We stayed in the spacious but cozy Garden Suite, with lovely Blue Ridge Mountains views, and really enjoyed the big jetted tub and huge shower. Breakfast was a two-course treat every morning, including strawberry French toast with cream cheese, blueberry pierogies with lemon cream, and crisp smoked bacon and sausages. Fresh cookies or brownies appeared each afternoon. We got in late, and Brenda and Peter came right over to greet us and made us feel like family. The Andon-Reid Inn is a great base for downtown Waynesville, the nearby Smoky Mountains or the Biltmore Estate. My spouse and I had a spectacular few days. We found our home away from home and will be back again and again.

We spent a couple of winter days at this B&B, our first time staying at one, and it was wonderful. The house looked especially cozy with all the Christmas decorations when we visited over the holiday. Brenda and Peter were lovely hosts, and the breakfasts were truly five-star. Brenda's brother was very cordial too. We had great fellow guests and a brilliant stay in this beautiful property, set in a peaceful, quaint mountain town. Definitely recommend it.

The views are lovely, and downtown is close, with plenty of good places to eat. The beds are cozy, the breakfasts delicious and beautiful, and the staff are there when you need them. We liked the sheets so much we bought the same brands for home. We've been coming to the Andon-Reid for 13 years and have already booked our 14th visit. It's charming, clean and comfortable, a real home away from home.

We usually aren't very social with strangers, but the delicious breakfasts Peter makes have led to some nice conversations with fellow travelers. The hosts are friendly and quick to address any concerns. We come to this charming B&B for some rest and relaxation and to shop in downtown Waynesville. Others use it as a starting point for outdoor activities nearby. I'd recommend the Andon Reid for a comfortable, laid-back stay.

The owners were friendly and gave us useful hiking tips and restaurant suggestions. Our big, lovely bedroom had a sitting area, bath and fireplace, and it was comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast and the afternoon cookies were scrumptious. Loved it. This is the kind of B&B others should take their cue from.
