InTown Suites Extended Stay Houston TX - Webster/NASA

I chose this place and was glad I did. I stayed longer here than at any other hotel, over a month in room 330. The area felt safe and the location worked well for me. It was clean and quiet, and management was nice. Laura at the front desk was polite and made sure guests were comfortable. Ms Dawn and Mr Brandon were just as good, staying on top of things and making sure people followed hotel rules. Staff were available to help even after the office closed. Thank you, Dawn, Laura and Brandon. You make a great team.

I planned to stay for less time, but the staff at Webster are a big reason I stayed longer. Laura listens carefully to my questions and concerns and has helped make things comfortable and enjoyable for me and, from what other guests have told me, for them too. She also helped me at the InTown Pasadena location. Best wishes to the staff, and thank you!

Having a kitchen in the room saves me money on takeout, though there are plenty of restaurants close by for when I want to treat myself. The room is quiet and clean, and the accommodations feel like a good deal for the price. I like this In Town Suites, especially the area and the kind, very helpful service from Laura at the front desk.

The customer service was superb, and I’d come back if I can get a room without all the rust stains, especially in the shower. I liked the area and this location. Ms. Laura at the desk was patient and let me look at a few rooms so I could choose one. I also appreciated the young, Black woman whose name I forgot. I’d been backing into parking spaces for a few days and hadn’t paid attention to the signs saying it wasn’t allowed. She kindly called my room to warn me before trying to have my vehicle towed. She was a sweetheart about it.
