Comfort Inn Weirton - Steubenville

I’m here often for work, and the rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is good, and the staff are friendly. Two things need attention: the hot tub has been out of order for months, and the key card readers on the back door and another front door aren’t working, leaving those doors unlocked. That makes me feel a bit unsafe, since anyone could get into the hotel that way.

Everything in the room worked for me, from the microwave and WiFi to the lights and air conditioning. It was clean and smelled nice, and the location just off the exit makes it easy to get to. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance if you need them. I felt I got a great room and service for a fair price, and would recommend Comfort Inn in Weirton to anyone passing through. The front desk team was especially nice. Lisa welcomed me when I arrived, and the next day I met Michael and Adam. They were all helpful and friendly, and seemed to take real pride in their work. Great job, Comfort Inn of Weirton Team. I may see you again if I’m back in the area.

The room was much cleaner than I expected, and I thought it was really nice.

Clean rooms, a hot breakfast, and good value. The plumbing was a problem, though. Our toilet wouldn’t flush waste properly, so we got a plunger from the front desk. They said they’ve had plumbing trouble for a long time.
