What made the trip for me was Margot. She was so kind and easy to talk to that the house felt warm and homey right away. I was in town for an interview at the Babson campus, and she even drew me a street-by-street map to help me find my way. The homemade breakfast was great, and the train made it easy to get to the main city. Such a lovely stay.

We loved how peaceful the Wellesley Bed and Breakfast felt, while still being close to the area's attractions and amenities. Check-in was easy, and our room was spotless, cozy, and full of charming touches. The bed and thoughtful amenities made it easy to relax and sleep well. Breakfast was a real treat, with a beautifully presented gourmet spread made from high quality ingredients. The owner also took time to recommend local things to see and do, which made our stay even better. It all felt very personal and welcoming. We had such a restful visit and would happily return, whether for a romantic getaway or a quiet weekend in Wellesley, Massachusetts.

The bed in the English Garden Room was one of the best I've slept in. Its two joined beds felt warm and comfortable, with a quality mattress, blankets, and pillow. I also appreciated that it has its own bathroom and a smart TV with Roku and plenty of live channels. Margot made me feel welcome, explained how everything worked, showed me the room, and went over the house rules. Since I live nearby and know the Hills area, I was curious to try the place. She was also happy to point out local spots. We ended up chatting about how she started the business, its ups and downs during COVID, and past guests. She's easy to talk to, and after a while it felt like catching up with an old friend. I stayed two nights in December, when bookings were slower, and got to try some of Margot's homemade breakfast, even though breakfast normally costs extra. She uses organic ingredients. I liked the waffles with organic maple syrup, and the cranberry, apple, and walnut pancake surprised me in a good way. I'm not a coffee drinker, but I was curious about the mix-ins. Cocoa powder and maple syrup, a recipe Margot has made all her life, tasted great stirred together. Eggnog instead of half-and-half was an interesting option too. It's in a nice part of Wellesley and seemed like good value to me. Whether you're local or visiting from farther away, I think it's worth a try.

Margot was so welcoming to me and my partner, even offering us tea and coffee in the morning and making time for a really interesting chat. The room and the way she looked after us made such a good impression that we'd gladly stay again. We originally booked October 9 to 11, but I got stuck in Massachusetts for an extra day. With only two hours' notice, Margot managed to let me stay in the same room. She was a wonderful host, and the house felt warm and inviting. I'd recommend this B&B to anyone in the area who needs a place to stay. S&L

Margot made the stay especially memorable. She paid attention to what we needed, offered advice for the trip, and even used her break to take us on a little tour of town. She also looked around the nearby library for tour suggestions and discounts, which helped with our budget. The B&B is tucked into quiet Wellesley suburbs, but the commuter rail is very close. Getting into central Boston took us about 30 minutes. We came during the short winter semester break to spend time with a friend in the Boston area, and really enjoyed our stay. Our large room was spacious, clean, and nicely furnished with homey decorations. It had a TV with several subscription services and a mini-fridge, with a microwave conveniently just outside. The clean bathroom was stocked with plenty of cleaning and body wash supplies. We'd be happy to come back.
