After a long day of travel, I found the room clean and comfortable, just what I needed. Sofia deserves a special thank you for being so kind and professional. She made sure everything was handled and went above and beyond, which really improved the experience. That kind of customer service makes a difference.

The bed was great, and the linen smelled fantastic. This place is super clean, by far the best hotel I've stayed at. I couldn't be more impressed. Keep up the great work.

I may be sleeping in my car tonight. After I was told my reservation had been canceled, I found I was automatically booked for the evening at four times the rate I had been paying. It makes me think the hotel canceled on purpose to charge more for the room. I have a corporate account for reduced hotel rates, and while I was on a six-hour flight on the day of the reservation, the hotel gave me just 10 minutes to respond to a failed card authorization. That card had worked for my stay at the JW Marriott in Las Vegas the night before, and I also have two other cards on file they could have tried. I called Marietta Inn reservations, but they said they couldn't help and that it was up to the owner of the property. Marriott hotels are independently owned and operated, so being a platinum or titanium member apparently means nothing to the owner. This property is trash.

Our anniversary stay was extra special because Natalia at the front desk upgraded us to a suite, gave us complimentary water and snacks, and made sure we had extra pillows. She didn't even know it was our anniversary. I've seen her several times, and she's always friendly and greets guests with a smile. Her kindness and professionalism made the stay unforgettable.

Half of us were left waiting for hours after the 3 p.m. check-in time because our rooms weren't ready. I saw cleaning staff spending a long time chatting in the hallways and on their phones instead of getting rooms ready. Natalia Johnson, the manager, and Sofia Santos were rude to customers, and I felt they lied to and discriminated against guests. Natalia's failure left everyone mistreated from the moment we arrived. She must be proud to treat a Marriot bonvoy member this way. It was a horrible weekend. Don't stay here until Marriot gets more respectful and better behaved staff.
