The kids love spending hours swimming here, and the beds are comfortable. It’s a clean, pet-friendly place that’s welcoming to families. You can enjoy the view of the grotto across the road, and Casey’s is an easy walk away for a quick bite. It’s in a small town, too.

We had a roomy two-bedroom suite for our three grandchildren and us, plus a large heated indoor pool. The Grotto is just a block away, and there’s also a play area within walking distance. Since it was off-season, the place felt peaceful and friendly. The staff were great and made sure we had what we needed. The local grocery and cafe were just as accommodating, and we picked up fruit and protein to go with the free continental breakfast.

The hotel is just steps from The Grotto of Redemption, so it’s a great choice if you’re visiting the Grotto.

The room was roomy and quiet, with a comfortable bed, lots of outlets, and a Jacuzzi-style tub that was a nice surprise. The themed suites are unusual, breakfast was great, and the staff were super friendly. It’s only a block from the tourist attraction. The one downside was the weak Wi-Fi. None of our devices could connect.

The Wagon Wheel restaurant is just up the street, and the wait staff there were awesome. The Grotto is nearby too, and it’s an amazing place, with all those cool rocks and shells that took so many years to build. I hadn’t been to West Bend in years and thought the motel was good. There’s no hot tub, but the indoor pool was alright and the rooms were clean.
