The room was bigger than at Extended Stay America, and the bed was comfortable. I stayed a week and got fresh towels and vacuuming each day. The staff were friendly and brought any extras I asked for. Debbie at the front desk was amazing, and the owner was such a sweetheart and really wanted guests to be happy. I highly recommend staying here.

The area is handy for getting around on foot, with a Walmart ice cream stand, a gas station, restaurants, a Dollar Tree, a cheap movie theater, and a nail shop nearby. There are also shops and a tech school across the street. My friend is staying here by the week while her apartment is cleaned up after water damage. It cost just under five grand a week, which is a lot, but sometimes you have to do what you have to do. Her room was one large, clean space with a comfortable king bed and plenty of table space. It wasn't spotless to a white-glove standard, but most places aren't unless you clean them yourself. There's a security door to reach the rooms, plus a door and balcony for personal use.

I used to have good stays here, but the service has really gone downhill. After checking in, circumstances came up and I had to go home, so I asked the front desk if they could work with me. They gave me attitude, refused even a partial refund, and I was left paying for a room I didn't need. The woman at the desk came to my room and spoke harshly to me just because I asked. At a two-star hotel, I guess you get two-star treatment. I won't stay here again.

The rooms are clean and some have fireplaces, and the place has a distinctive, homey feel even though it could use upgrades compared with hotels that have more gadgets and upscale touches. The rural location is quiet, yet it's close to major routes, places to eat, golf courses, authentic Italian food, and bakeries. I've visited for quite some time and travel often, and the staff are unbelievably friendly. They go above and beyond and make it feel like a home away from home. It's a little hidden gem, and I'll be back soon.

The rooms are clean, but room service doesn't reliably clean them every day. They take the trash, say they'll return to finish the room, then don't keep their word. There's no breakfast at all, so the advertising feels false. The $50 animal fee is also a bit too pricey. They need better service, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.
