Hotel Warner

We had to extend our stay, and the staff made that easy. The rooms were great and the atmosphere was fun. The location was handy for walking to shops and restaurants, and the parking garage came in especially useful during the snowstorm.

We’re local, and this turned into a lovely Valentine’s Day stay. My boyfriend thought he’d booked a room earlier that week on Booking.com, but it hadn’t gone through. At Applebee's, I mentioned our plans, and the owner, Brian, happened to overhear. He first offered to cover a few drinks, then found out we had no reservation and gave us a room. It was super nice, and he saved our Valentine’s Day. We owe him big time. Thanks for everything, we’ll be back.

A perfect spot in West Chester, with a walk score of 100 and everything feeling convenient. The hotel is clean, the amenities and bar are really nice, and the staff are warm and make you feel at home. 10/10.

My husband's father passed away, so I booked a room from 12/20-12/24 because the hotel is close to DeBaptiste Funeral home. Before we arrived, I learned we only needed the room through 12/23. I emailed the property and was told they couldn’t change the booking or offer a refund, but they’d add a note to my account. I accepted that. We had a minor toilet issue that fixed itself, and otherwise the stay was good, especially the bar and bartender. What upset me was the front desk questioning my husband as he was leaving for an Uber. He was going to the bathroom when they asked which room he was in and pointed out we were booked until 12/24, even though I’d already contacted the property and had been told the account would be noted. I was paying for the room, and he shouldn’t have been bothered like that. I did what I was supposed to as a customer, but it still happened. You don’t know why someone is in town, and it isn’t right to hassle them over a room that’s already paid for. If we come back, we’ll stay at Hotel Indigo. I’m sure you’ll look up the booking to reply. It was under Paige Fletcher, room 312. I also have the email correspondence with the property.
