Comfort Inn & Suites Geneva - West Chicago

The whirlpool tub in the king room was a great way to unwind for date night, and the room was clean. Staff were welcoming and even gave me a toothbrush when I’d forgotten mine. The hotel looks a little old-fashioned, but it was tidy and not dirty or unattractive. We had pizza delivered right to our door without any trouble. You can hear other guests filling their tubs, though it wasn’t loud or bothersome. I missed the hot breakfast, so I can’t say how good it is. Downtown Geneva is a cute place to check out.

Having housekeeping clean my room every day was a big help during a stressful week. The pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing, and the shower and the rest of the room were lovely. Staff were kind, and ordering food was easy. There isn’t much within walking distance, though.

Noon checkout gave us time for a relaxed morning before heading out. The room was extremely clean, the lobby was clean too, and the elevator smelled fresh. Breakfast was simple, hot, and just right. Carol in the breakfast area was so funny and kind.

The fridge kept making a lot of noise and starting up in the middle of the night. The room was acceptable, though nothing special, and the bathroom was okay. In mid-February, the thermostats were set to cooling at 65°F. Breakfast was mediocre.
