The rooms were clean and nice, but service was practically nonexistent. We asked for towels three times and were told each time they’d come, but they never did. Be ready to keep asking for things. We stayed Tuesday through Friday, and the Friday night into Saturday cost twice as much as the first three nights. Our bill went from about $150 to nearly $300. The parking lot is tiny, and the area felt sketchy, so don’t leave your doors unlocked. It’s fine if you want somewhere cheapish.

For the cost, it’s a good value in a decent location. The building is older, but the rooms and beds were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The pool was very clean and comfortable too. The young attendant was willing to help with anything we needed.

We stayed last night, and the owner went above and beyond to accommodate me. His son was working during the day, and he was friendly, helpful, and had a great smile. It’s a family business, and they’re conscientious and extremely pleasant to deal with. For a budget stay on Cape Cod, the rooms are more than adequate and the location is remarkably convenient. Beaches, ports, restaurants, and shops are a straight shot away, about 5-15 minutes. There’s also a small pool that was beautifully kept and very clean, nice for the last hot days. Check-in and checkout are standard, and the office sells a few convenience snacks and water and drinks.

David made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived, and kept checking that we had what we needed. He offered recommendations and handled a few last-minute requests without hesitation. His warmth and care made us feel looked after the whole time. The hotel was charming, spotless, and well maintained, but David’s kindness, professionalism, and attention to guests are what made the trip memorable. It felt like being treated as family. Thanks, David, we can’t wait to come back.
