The staff handled every question and request right away, even when we made last-minute changes. Everything was set up as we’d asked, and the booking, coordination, and service were all top notch. I’ve organized conferences at several places, and this one impressed me enough that we’ve booked it again for next year. We held a multi-day event for around 140 people at the conference center, and many attendees stayed at the hotel. The facility, AV equipment, and food were all impressive, especially the staff. I’d absolutely recommend it for your next event.

The staff during and after the wedding went above and beyond, always smiling and taking care of anything we needed right away. The ballroom and bars helped everything run smoothly. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and Bryn was absolutely amazing. We held our granddaughter’s wedding here, and I’d give it more than five stars if I could. We also went to Johnny,s steakhouse on Friday night, where the atmosphere, food, and service were wonderful. It’s a great place for an event or an evening meal.

The room was amazing, and the food at Johnny's was good. At the restaurant, though, they pushed the buffet over the menu and said there was only one server. I also noticed little engagement from staff with customers and didn’t feel our Hilton commitment was appreciated.

The Christmas decorations were really cute, and the facilities were clean. Everyone was kind and well organized. Alona looked after us at the front desk each day, and Captain Kevin was a charming shuttle driver. Be sure to book the shuttle in advance. A lovely hotel.
