Brook Bound Inn

I can’t imagine getting married anywhere else. Jake made the Inn feel magical, helped us through the whole process, and did so much for us on the wedding day. He even helped with vendors and made the day perfect. I’m so grateful we found Brook Bound Inn, and we’re looking forward to more trips to Vermont.

The pool was such a hit with the kids, who had a blast on the slide. After swimming for hours, we got dinner at the Hermitage Resort. There are also pickleball courts and a basketball hoop on the immaculate grounds. Our room was Suite 205, with a spacious layout for the four of us, updated living room and bathroom, and split AC units in both rooms that made a hot July day comfortable. It was sparkling clean, even by my wife’s very particular hotel and Airbnb standards. We went to Vermont on a last-minute whim for the long holiday weekend and were glad to find Brook Bound Inn. Although our room had a kitchen, the shared lounge, kitchen, and dining room were great extras, with free cereal, breakfast bars, and coffee. After our first night, we asked the owner about a late checkout so we could use the pool. He was more than accommodating, offering an 11 am checkout and letting us use the grounds and pool for as long as we wanted. It’s clean, family friendly, and extremely affordable. The other guests were friendly and polite too. We’ll be back and will tell friends and family about it.

Twenty-six of us stayed on the grounds all weekend for my brother’s wedding. The place and staff were amazing, and the grounds are unbelievably beautiful. Such a great setting for a small, intimate wedding or a family reunion.

The Brook bound Inn sits in lovely Vermont woods at the foot of mountains with two or three main ski areas. My family and I found it just right, with the comforts of home alongside resort-style amenities. We especially liked the main lodge, spacious home-like cabins, pickleball courts, fireplaces, and walking trails. There are plenty of other activities within minutes of the inn, too. We left feeling relaxed and already looking forward to coming back. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting southern Vermont.
