We arrived around 2 a.m. and were welcomed with real accommodation. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Don't judge the book by its cover or by the snooty reviews. I'd definitely stay here again.

The air wasn't working, and the linen hadn't been washed. I think I got scabies from the shower floor. Avoid Rodeway Inn.

The weekly rate was decent, but I still don't think the stay was worth it. The rooms are small, and I wouldn't recommend them for families with kids. They charge a nonrefundable $100 if you check in early. The rooms smelled so bad that we couldn't get rid of it for days, so bring a candle or Febreze. The parking lot is small, and people don't know how to park. They say there's a pool and morning breakfast, but that's a lie. All they offer is coffee and a couple of vending machines. Those tiny washers are $5 for a load that runs just 20 minutes, too. Less than three hours after we got into our room on the first day, someone opened the door with a key card. The front desk said their system was down and someone had walked up, made a card, and gotten the wrong room. Then a woman came by saying maintenance had knocked once. As I walked to the door, she started unlocking it with a key and had a horrible attitude. This was a 2/10 experience. I'd only come back if I were desperate.

The room itself was fine, but there were plenty of downsides. Ours had a double bed, only two bathroom towels, and a TV that didn't work at all. The breakfast options were already terrible, and now with the new owners there isn't any breakfast. The pool area is gone too, and two of the three vending machines weren't working when I went to use them last night. I asked the front desk worker to change a $5 bill into five ones. They said they don't make change, then did it anyway. It's sad to see this hotel becoming so boring with the new owners.
