Mrs. Candice was the hardest-working person I met at the hotel. Her role seemed demanding, but she handled it efficiently and with a positive attitude. She was quick, professional, and respectful every time I interacted with her. I hope top management considers giving her a raise. Her dedication and performance are outstanding, and she deserves compensation that reflects the service she provides.

Candy checked us in and was very kind. I appreciated her sharing encouraging words with my daughter. The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the lady at checkout was very friendly, though I forgot her name. Housekeeping staff were welcoming too, and one woman stopped to help my daughter pick up her tablet. I really enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn. It was a lovely bit of southern hospitality, and I'd definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

This hotel is in a convenient spot near restaurants and shopping, and it was spotless. Our room looked recently renovated and was very comfortable. The staff were helpful, friendly, and focused on customer service. Candy was delightful, engaging, and fun at check-in, and KC was kind and very helpful at checkout. They clearly care about guests having a perfect stay and a memorable vacation. The warm cinnamon rolls at breakfast were so good. This will be our go-to hotel for future overnight stays in West Monroe, Louisiana.

The room was clean, fresh, and already cool when I arrived, so I could fall asleep without waiting for it to get cold. Candy at the front desk was pleasant and helped a lot with parking my semi. I had booked quickly and hadn't noticed that the room I wanted didn't have a bathtub, but she made sure I got the room I was after. Check-in was a breeze, which I really appreciated after a tiring drive. Definitely recommend!
