Everyone was friendly, and Jolie at the bar was especially sweet and funny. She really engages with customers and knows how to keep the evening going. I didn’t like how her manager treated her, though. While she was trying to run the bar, he stood over her demanding drinks for his guests in the lower-level dining hall, but didn’t help her at all. She was so kind, and I couldn’t understand why he wasn’t working with her as a team. If you stay here, go see Jolie. You could spend all night at her bar.

What keeps bringing me back to Embassy Suites by Hilton is the service, especially from Jolie, who runs the bar. She’s professional, attentive, and warm with people, and she makes the whole experience memorable. I hope the hotel recognizes what a valuable ambassador she is. In the UK, that kind of service would get her recruited quickly by the best in hospitality and rewarded accordingly. Thanks, Jolie, for doing such excellent work, even when it goes underappreciated. I’m from the UK and now visit West Palm Beach often for my new role. Florida’s great weather is always something I look forward to. The hotel consistently delivers the facilities and service I want when travelling. Its complimentary shuttle goes to and from the airport and also downtown West Palm Beach, so there’s no need to hire a car to get to the area’s excellent restaurants. Guests can also have two complimentary drinks during happy hour.

I visited West Palm Beach in July 2025 for my scholarship program, and this was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The building felt huge, maybe 15 floors, with so much space to explore. Everyone I spoke with was really nice. My room was on the 12th floor, with two cozy beds, a couch, and two TVs, one in the bedroom. There was also a little kitchen area with a microwave, sink, and small fridge. The bathroom was pleasant, with a wide mirror, a nice sink and counter, towels, soap, and shampoo. The one thing missing was a plunger, though you could use the bathrooms on the main floor. The view from my window was breathtaking both day and night. I took a photo and made it my background. I didn’t eat other meals at the hotel, but breakfast was amazing. It was self-serve, with pancakes, waffles, French toast, eggs, ham, fruit, and a drink dispenser for things like orange or apple juice, water, and coffee. Staff greeted people and helped when needed. I’d definitely visit again.

I booked two nights but left early because I couldn’t tolerate the conditions. The entire property felt outdated and poorly maintained, from the building itself to the furniture, and the rooms were unacceptable. Staff weren’t helpful and didn’t seem interested in addressing concerns. It was extremely disappointing, and I wouldn’t return or recommend it.
