Extended Stay Deluxe West Palm Beach - Northpoint

Everything was clean, so I have no complaint there, and the rooms were okay. The Deluxe Suite having a kitchen and pull-out couch was a nice touch. The lobby is being renovated, so the walls and floor look bad right now. It’s disturbing that there’s a TV showing a live reflection of the customer at the front desk. You get what you pay for.

I left and found another hotel. The place was under construction, though that wasn’t mentioned on the website. My room’s hallway had a damp, smelly exposed sticky subfloor, and the whole room felt wet enough that I could slide around in shoes. The showerhead had mold on it. The desks were barely standing and very wobbly, with one leg that would fall off if touched. Some lights and outlets didn’t work.

Sarah made the stay memorable, and I’ll definitely come back. She’s the manager and the gold standard for hospitality: kind, approachable, and always willing to go further so guests feel valued. Her leadership showed in the whole team, with smooth service and great attention to detail. From check-in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and professional. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, but the hospitality here really is on another level. If you want to feel like a VIP, this is the place.

The room was clean and everyone was nice. I arrived early off my flight, and the staff kindly let me check in ahead of time. It was cold in the room with the air on, but I switched on the heat and it felt fine about an hour later.
