Home2 Suites by Hilton West Palm Beach Airport, FL

The property is nice and the location is perfect, but the front desk needs better staff. I waited several minutes to check in and no one came over, so I called the hotel. Two employees were sitting right there, yet nobody came to the desk until I phoned. When I asked, “unbelievable, didn’t you see me waiting to check in?” the reply was, “I know.”

Natalie went out of her way to look everywhere for a lost item that meant a lot to me. I had little hope of getting it back, but she kept at it until she found it. It would have been easier for her to say nothing had turned up, and I really appreciate her effort. The front desk was great too, including the person with glasses and reddish hair, who I think was Chrissy. And thanks to the breakfast staff member who was so helpful and went the extra mile.

Terrible. Don’t stay here. We had no heat despite calling four times, on the coldest day here since 1979. The dishwasher was leaking all over the floor when we arrived, and there was noise from the hall and other rooms. I’ve always been loyal to Hilton, but not this one.

Management was absolutely terrible. They shut off water throughout the hotel without telling guests. I went to the gym before work and found I couldn’t shower. The front desk seemed not to care and did nothing beyond saying, “sorry, there’s nothing we can do.” This wasn’t an emergency or unavoidable. They said a company was working on the water, so the shutdown was scheduled and they could have warned us.
