Woodspring Suites West Palm Beach

WoodSpring Suites was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and I had a really good stay. Inose at the front desk made check-in easy and welcomed me from the moment I arrived. She was friendly, professional, patient, and helpful throughout my stay. It’s rare to meet someone who truly cares about helping guests, and Inose stood out. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel to others.

Check-in was easy, and the employee was professional and helpful. The room was clean, and I liked having a full kitchen. Still, the stay was only fair because the water pressure was terrible and really spoiled what could have been a nice visit. I also wasn’t keen on wood floors throughout. I could hear everything outside my room, so it didn’t feel very private.

Everything is clean since the building is new, but calling the room minimalist is an understatement. You get two towels and two washcloths, but no hand towels, coffee, silverware, or glassware. Call the desk and they’ll say they sell those things. Who wants to buy a coffee pot for a stay of a few days? There’s no housekeeping either. To get fresh towels or changed sheets, you have to take them to the front desk yourself.

The location is great, and the hotel looks newer. My room was clean apart from a few things. Staff can provide extra blankets, sheets, and towels if you ask at the front desk. Check-in was super easy, and they’re friendly to service animals.
