I came here on my own and was surprised by how spacious it is. At first I mistakenly thought it was a communal setup where everyone shares one room. The rooms are convenient, the community is kind and caring, and the pool is perfect. You're right by the beach, too. The price is great, and it's beautiful here. I'm already talking with my friend about coming back in a month with our families and planning it out. If you get the chance, don't miss staying here. 😁😌⛱️🏖🌊

There are lots of pools and ball courts to keep kids and teens busy, and there's plenty of room. The rooms are more like efficiencies, so bring your own linens, towels, hand soap, and dish soap. My family loves coming here. The location and price are hard to beat, and the service is always excellent.

Great place and location, really close to the beach. Just remember to bring your own towels, washcloths, sheets, pillows, blankets, and dish soap.

The ocean is across the road, an easy walk of about five minutes for sunrise or sunset. Check the access ramps, since some are more wheelchair accessible than others. There was a nearby ramp without stairs. The community seemed great for snowbirds, with planned activities like potlucks, and laundry facilities on site. The pool is heated some weeks. We visited my parents for a few days. The unit had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, each room with a queen bed and a bunk bed. There were two more sets of bunk beds in the living room, so there was plenty of space for a larger group.
