There's good parking and a nice view of the beach and water, with no buildings in front of us. We're on the ground floor, and the small pool is great on red flag beach days. Being close to Carousel grocery store is handy, and we always get breakfast at Thomas donuts once per trip. There's no elevator, and it isn't a top notch condominium, but we've had good vacations here and look forward to returning each year. The condos seem to be privately owned and rented in different ways. We know this unit's owner, and it has been updated over the past few years.

The condo looked nothing like the pictures, and there was mold in several places, including the vents in the first-floor bedroom and the shower curtain. The internet kept cutting out and was mostly unavailable. We stayed in October 2023, and I would have left that same day if I hadn’t been there for an event. On our last day, there was a break-in at the condo. A woman on the balcony said there had been several break-ins in the complex. I hope this helps someone else.

Please be careful if you go here. The hotel had unsafe conditions and didn’t seem to meet 2023 hotel standards. I’d suggest reading reviews across different sites and thinking about your safety. It looked to me like the positive reviews had been gathered onto certain sites to attract people. There’s only a star rating available for writing a review.

We really regretted paying so much for Room 3001. The place wasn’t properly cleaned before we arrived, and someone had swept broken beer bottle glass under the fridge. There were ants everywhere, the downstairs bathroom door stuck against the floor, and the door lock needed a makeshift fix to latch. We also had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags ourselves. During our seven days, we got just one trash bag. The TV had a mind of its own, switching off and on, and the sound would suddenly blast at full volume. There’s no elevator. Getting to the beach meant crossing the street and taking a path down, which didn’t bother us but might be an issue for some. There’s a supermarket a short walk away, and we loved it. We booked the condo in March for an August vacation. An hour before we arrived, they called to say there was a problem. A week before we left, they had called to confirm my husband’s date of birth, and the woman then said the fine print required guests to be 25, even though the booking app said 21. She’d also called the Monday before to confirm and hadn’t mentioned the age rule. My husband is 24. Luckily, Becky was very friendly and got supervisor approval because we were mature and handled the situation appropriately.
