Mekyel at the front desk was warm, welcoming, and helpful. The room was lovely and clean, and the location was great too.

Everything was clean and tidy, our room was nice, and the staff were really friendly. Just a heads-up about the laundry room: while we were using the washer, someone moved our clothes into the dryer. Why? Still, it was a great hotel stay.

I’ve stayed at the Everhome several times since it opened. Mekyel has been friendly and professional every time, and always ready to help. It’s a welcome addition to the area, and already one of the best hotels here.

That lovely lobby and the nice staff were the bright spots. We walked into the room and found sand and dirt all over the bare floor. Our feet got filthy, so after washing them we kept our shoes close by. The little kitchen was nicely set up, with a stovetop, microwave, sink, dishwasher, and a good-sized fridge and freezer. But when I went looking for a fork for my daughter’s snack, there was only one in the drawer. I checked around and found the dishwasher full of dishes. The cleaner had missed the dirty floor and left the dishes for us to put away. I did it, and it wasn’t a huge deal, just annoying. The bedding was the real problem. I’ve never had hotel sheets this bad. They felt like the cheap kind from a “bed in a bag,” and the cover over the all-season comforter felt like the dust bag that comes with an expensive purse. The comforter itself was nice, though. Whoever chose the linens really shouldn’t have tried to save money there. And somehow, that kitchen had no paper towels, dish soap, or hand towel. How does that happen? 🤷‍♀️
