Penny and Bill made us feel so welcome, and we’re already planning to come back and send friends and family their way. Breakfast was a highlight: Penny’s cooking is incredible, and we looked forward each night to checking the chalkboard for the next morning’s menu. The house has lots of lovely places to relax, from the screened front porch and glassed-in bird-watching porch to the picnic table under the magnolias and the hot tub. Our room was very comfortable and still felt private even with other guests around. The house and its amenities are charming, and we felt especially looked after from the minute we arrived. The beach is less than a five-minute walk away, with a small supermarket right on the corner, so we had what we needed nearby. We highly recommend staying here for a comfortable beach trip.

We loved spending the evenings by the backyard fire and relaxing in the hammock. The place has a quirky, almost magical feel, and Penny and Bill are wonderful hosts. We stayed in the Airstream in the backyard of this PCB bed and breakfast, a fun change from a typical high-rise hotel. It’s in a great spot on the quieter side of the beach. Highly recommend it.
Penny was so kind and thoughtful, and the backyard was comfortable and beautiful, with a brand new hot tub. My husband and I stayed in the Airstream out back for our honeymoon and felt right at home. Stay here.
The porch conversations were relaxed, and the daily menus were thoughtfully put together. It’s an artsy, eccentric, bohemian place with a lot of character. A real gem on the Emerald Coast, just a block from beautiful Laguna Beach. Whether you love the beach or local history, it’s a special place to stay. The hosts make you feel like family, and you’ll be thinking about the next reunion before you head home.
Penny is so sweet and wonderful, and her muffins are the best. The outdoor shower is awesome too. I can’t wait to come back, and whenever someone mentions Panama City Beach, I tell them about this lovely home away from home.
