There’s on-site construction right now, no elevators, and the HOA is strict about parking. Still, it’s a beautiful waterfront property, with lovely homes and a gorgeous ocean view.

Unit 34 is lovely, and the private beach with chair and umbrella service was wonderful. It’s somewhat removed from places you can walk to, and construction by the pool is making pool access difficult at the moment. Even so, it was beautiful.

We spent 8 days here and had an excellent host through air bnb. The place was super clean and well maintained, with comfy beds and a pool big enough for everyone. It’s quiet, away from the busier areas, and has great views plus its own beach area with a nice stretch of shore.

The best bit was seeing a Dolphin swim past the beach on Monday morning. There’s a stunning ocean view, with cafés, stores and a restaurant within walking distance. Public transportation is close, too, with the bus stopping at Aldis...1.50$ a person. It’s a great place away from the crowded parts of PCB.

Ramsgate harbour has plenty of restaurants and bars, so there’s lots going on. It even has the UK's largest weatherspoons. Don’t let that put you off, it’s in a really spacious, attractive building.
