The hands-on care from the owner made it feel like they were truly invested in our experience. The onsite manager, Goose, also kept his team focused on what guests needed. Ask for Goose when you arrive, he’ll greet you with lots of love. We first came across Rosemary Beach in 2015 while passing through on a sightseeing trip, and had wanted to come back for a proper visit ever since. Booking Rosemary Beach Inn through Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company turned out to be a great decision. They were determined to make our stay perfect, from communication to making sure we had what we needed. Check-in was easy, and the way the Rosemary Beach Inn owners communicated to get an issue addressed really impressed me. Thanks for such a wonderful experience.

The home was lovely, very clean, beautifully decorated, and just like the pictures. We stayed at Jump Right In, right by the front green lawn. A frying pan was in really bad shape and there were no potholders, so I mentioned it to the office without asking them to replace anything. A few hours later, they showed up with new potholders and three new pans. They were so helpful, and we loved our stay. We’ll definitely come back, probably to the same home. Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company was great to deal with, nothing like some of the negative reviews. Their communication was really helpful, and they even let us know the cottage was ready several hours early so we could check in ahead of time.

I wish I’d checked the reviews before booking Turks Lane. During our 4 night stay, they had to spray twice because of an ant infestation. The wood throughout the unit is worn, the oven knobs wouldn’t turn on the burners, and handles were coming off the bathroom vanity. There’s a bulky microwave taking up counter space that isn’t shown in the photos, mismatched paint touch-ups in the bathroom, and a missing bathroom tile. The toilet paper and paper towels were cheap bulk stuff, too. This felt more like a run-down hotel room than a luxury stay.

We also enjoyed the Farmer’s Market and its local artisans. The little downtown area is super cute, and it feels like there’s a photo backdrop around every corner. We were here for a family vacation last week, and the house was great, thoughtfully equipped, with the kids loving the pool. It’s only a very short walk to the private beach.

The best thing about the Hemingway Carriage House was its location, first row and just the second house from the beach entrance. It has a view, though you wouldn’t know that from the photos on Rosemary Beach Rentals. I love Rosemary Beach and the 30A area, but this rental wasn’t up to standard. There were a lot of issues, and the sofa bed mattress was the hardest to ignore. Once pulled out, it was so uneven that your head ended up sloping downward.
