The price was reasonable, and we got our deposit back pretty quickly. The rooms were clean and spacious, but the breakfast was only pastries and coffee, despite being told breakfast was included. They cleared everything away after 11am. When we arrived on my birthday, it was about 38 degrees outside and I was trying to get a room. The man kept saying my card didn’t have enough funds. After he checked three times, I called my bank and found the purchase had gone through. Standing outside in the cold gave me a cold, and I was sick for the next 4 days.

Nothing fancy, but the basics were covered: a clean room, friendly people, free Wi-Fi, and a bed and pillows I found comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was probably the one downside.

The room was modern, clean, and well insulated, so it got really quiet at night. The shutters did a good job keeping out the light. I had two queen beds and a sofa sleeper. My only real gripe was where the TV was placed, though that might just be an issue with this type of room. It’s in a great spot, with Capital Bowl across the street if you’re into bowling, and plenty of museums, walking trails, and other things to do nearby. I’d recommend it if you want somewhere quiet and close to all that.

The room was small for what I paid, a little dirty, and the bed they called a queen looked like a full. I have a queen at home, so I could tell. I’d expected to get my room at 1pm, but it wasn’t ready until 2pm. If I hadn’t complained, it would’ve taken even longer. For a weekend rate, it wasn’t worth the price, and I won’t go back.

The room and mattress were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was so small I had trouble closing the door. I’m tall, so shower heads can be too low for me, and this one was a little low, though not too bad. The hotel itself was clean and nice.
