The people running this place are really nice. They keep asking how my son is doing and whether we need anything, and they've made us feel welcome in the area. We just moved back, but my apartment isn't ready yet, so I was looking for somewhere affordable and safe for my son. We used to stay at another hotel across the road by the Cumberland farms. I wish we'd known about this place back then. Love it.

The owners are actually there, and you can tell they appreciate their guests. For a very reasonable price, the rooms are great and really clean, with a TV, small refrigerator, and other amenities. Check-in and check-out both came with red carpet, VIP-style treatment. Getting to major roads is easy, including 91, 5, Mass Pike and 20. There are also plenty of nearby shops and restaurants, whether you're after fast food or a sit-down meal. Definitely worth the price.

Shops, restaurants, bars, and a supermarket are all within walking distance. We were looking for apartments, and the staff member who welcomed us warmly helped make our stay easier. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable, and it's right in the city of West Springfield. I'd recommend RED Carpet to anyone. They really went the extra step to make guests feel looked after.

My fiancé and I have stayed here a couple of times, and we love it. The prices are amazing, the rooms are extremely clean, and the layout is fantastic. The beds and pillows are comfortable, and it's very quiet. The people in charge are pleasant and friendly. We think it's the best hotel in Massachusetts and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place.

They were very sweet to us and worked with us over the weeks since we're homeless. The rooms are nice, and I love the bathrooms. There are places to eat nearby too. I checked in very late on my first day, but the staff were reasonable with me. The service here is great.
