Nala and Ioana at the front desk were so kind, professional, and welcoming, and their warm smiles made the stay even better. I also appreciate the whole team’s hard work keeping everything running smoothly. Their teamwork shows. Home2 Suites by Hilton Salt Lake City / West Valley City was clean and comfortable from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and well maintained, so it was easy to relax and feel at home. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

These hotels are great when you’re traveling and need room to work, plus a big fridge and counter space for an extended stay. Just make sure you mean to book a SMOKING room if that’s what you reserve. I arrived after midnight, having made the reservation online only 30 minutes earlier, and they had only SMOKING rooms available. My earlier hotel booking had fallen through, so I went elsewhere, but was charged a no-show fee. After speaking with the hotel during business hours, they understood the fee wasn’t appropriate and refunded it. I appreciate their help.

I got such a good rest here before the final stretch of my drive. I only stopped one more time between the hotel and California. It was the best place I stayed during my 7 day road trip from Minnesota to California. The room was nice, the breakfast was fresh and clean, and the staff were friendly and cute. The lighting was bright and plentiful, which felt good for safety. A great experience from a food-service perspective too.

The mountain scenery was decent, and I enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi during my visit. Breakfast was good too, a nice way to start the day.

The room on the 1st floor was noisy from 6am. I was ready to leave with my bags packed, but a business phone call delayed me by about 15 minutes. The manager could see I was prepared to go, yet barged into the room to ask when I was departing. It was thoughtless and churlish behavior toward a customer.
