DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Boston - Westborough

The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the cookies were a nice touch. We stayed a few days in Westborough, and the location just off Rt.9 worked perfectly for everything we had planned. Our room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, though the pillows had thinned out and could use replacing. We were impressed with the room and amenities, and I'd stay here again when visiting family.

The beds were comfortable and it was fairly quiet. That's about all I can say in its favor. The bathroom was tiny, with nowhere near the sink for toiletries, and the tub had big flakes of paint peeling off. There was hair in the bathroom when I arrived. Breakfast was a joke at $20, and it made an already bad experience worse. The elevators creaked, one was out of order, and they seemed due for service. It looks like they tried to makeover the place but missed things that matter. This doesn't live up to the Hilton brand.

The stay was fine and the room wasn't bad until our last morning. We were rushing to pack the family and check out early when the front desk called the police on us without even knocking. It felt nosey, and afterward I caught staff listening through our door. I understand they need to keep people safe, but this was ridiculous and wasted the officers' time. What am I supposed to tell my kid?

Coming back each day from work made this DoubleTree feel like a home away from home. I spent four days here on a recent work trip and couldn't have asked for a better stay. The property was immaculate, from lobby to rooms, and housekeeping was thorough and attentive every day. The food was consistently excellent, and service throughout was top-notch. Staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. The hotel delivered on comfort, quality, and hospitality, and I'd highly recommend it for business or leisure in the area.
