Viana Hotel & Spa

I felt comfortable here, almost like I was at home. At dinner, Alejandra was welcoming, attentive, and full of great energy. The drinks were spot on and the service went smoothly. She made the meal enjoyable without overdoing it. It was a really good experience, and I'll definitely come back. Alejandra was a big part of that.

We celebrated my sister's quinceañera here, and the event was excellent. The ballroom was elegant and spacious, just right for the occasion. The food was delicious and portions were generous, so the guests were very satisfied. Staff were friendly, attentive, and ready to help things go well. Service during the event was efficient and organized. I highly recommend this venue for a quinceañera or another important event. They helped make the occasion unforgettable.

When we arrived last night, the parking lot was full. I went inside and spoke with Ancil, the security guard on duty. He was courteous right away and offered without hesitation to move his own car so we could park. Ancil went beyond his duties to make us feel welcome and at home. His kindness and professionalism left a strong positive impression. Thank you for having such dedicated staff.

Erin was wonderful to work with while we arranged our wedding block at the Viana. We began with 20 rooms and increased it to 30 once the first block filled. Erin always let us know who had booked and how many rooms remained, which made it easy to add more when needed. The room was spacious enough for my family and bridesmaids to get ready and have breakfast in the kitchenette suite. When we arrived, there were two tall chairs for hair and makeup, plus a tall dress hanger. The Viana also had breakfast for guests, spa packages, a bar, and a game room for everyone to enjoy after the wedding events. Our guests often kept the celebration going at the bar after the wedding or welcome party. The hotel was gorgeous, good value for our guests, and the suites worked well for getting ready. After the wedding, champagne and flower petals were waiting in our room. We highly recommend the Viana. The bridal or groom suite is a good price for the wedding night, but the rate goes up if you need it for more than one night. Work with the Viana and they'll help make what you need happen.
