Margin Street Inn

We'd been searching for a new place to return to each year, and after our anniversary stay, we found it. Chris and Sarah were warm, welcoming, and helpful, answering our questions and suggesting things to do nearby. We first heard of the Margin Street Inn through the Select Registry list. Our cozy room was beautifully decorated, with a fireplace, bathrobes, and bottles of water by the bed. Breakfast each day was delicious, with plenty of choices.

Just stepping onto the front porch made us feel relaxed. Margin Street Inn will always be special to my husband and me. We spent several days there during our wedding weekend, and the grounds, rooms, morning breakfast, and hospitality from Sarah & Chris were all fantastic. We can't wait to come back every year.

I usually don't go for B&Bs, but this home felt welcoming, peaceful, and classy. Chris and Sarah were exceptional hosts, and I hadn't expected the suggested place for our destination wedding at the Ocean House to be this beautiful. Happy hour, freshly made breakfast, and the chocolate chip cookies were so good that five stars doesn't feel like enough. Sarah made the breakfast for us, and it was Michelin-star good. I wish I'd asked her for more recipes, though I doubt I could recreate them as perfectly. We'll have to come back!

We spent a wonderful long weekend in Westerly, staying three nights at the Margin St Inn and hosting an event in their "Carriage House". The rooms and property were beautiful, and the housekeeping was at a level you just don't see anymore. The grounds were lovely, with statement trees planted before Laura Ingalls Wilder was born and headed west with her family. Chris and Sarah were constantly on the move, taking care of every detail to make the stay perfect. Breakfast each morning was delicious and plentiful. Book it, you'll be glad you did!
