The room had two stains on the bed when we arrived, one red and one dark, and the hallway smelled strongly of smoke. We asked for the bedding to be changed. Cindy at the front desk seemed unhappy about it, but agreed, then left us waiting another 20 minutes. After the first night, the sheets felt itchy and uncomfortable, so I asked for clean sheets without a room cleaning. She responded rudely, asked, “Today?”, and said she didn't have time to change them while she sat watching TV. I asked for a fresh set to change myself, and she eventually gave me sheets. I also asked for a replacement blanket, but she questioned why I needed one and refused. We paid for several nights and expected to feel clean and refreshed. We were told there would be no cleaning until after three nights, so on the morning of the fourth day I asked to have the room cleaned. Cindy stood there silently and didn't respond. After three nights in an uncomfortable room, we still didn't get the service we expected. The way she spoke to us was rude and disrespectful, and we won't stay at this hotel again. We checked in around 4 p.m., expecting a welcome and a chance to rest, but Cindy handed us the key and said, “No smoking in room” without any politeness. The smoke smell in the hallway made that especially surprising. We didn't ask for a free stay. SUPER 8 gets paid by customers like us, and people like Cindy are hurting the hotel's name and business.

It's a good value in a small town, especially for travelers passing through since it's near a truck stop plaza. The room was immaculate, coffee was available all day, and breakfast was served in the morning. I'd definitely recommend it.

Our vehicle broke down, and manager Tina was pleasant to talk with and got me checked in early. The room was clean, and I ended up coming back for a third night.

The place was quiet, and the room was nice and clean. Check-in was easy. I'd stay here again if I needed to.
