Hampton Inn Westfield

The fresh cookie at checkout may have been the best part, though Josh was a delight when I checked in. He made me feel I’d picked the right place for the night and explained where the pool and cafe were, plus their hours. He also knew the area and had lots of dinner suggestions. My room was plenty big for one person and I had a great stay. Only gripe: the pool didn’t feel heated at all, even though it says it is.

Josh was so friendly, and I really liked talking with him. He asked where we were headed and helped us sort out dinner plans. He’s the best. The hotel was nice and pretty quiet, and breakfast was good :)

We’ve spent Christmas here for the past two years, and both stays have been great thanks to the super friendly staff. The place is clean, and I love that dogs are welcome. Hampton Inn has lived up to the high quality I expect from the chain, so it’s the only one we’ll use. Pleased as punch.

Larry checked us in late at night and was so welcoming and understanding. I arrived with my handicapped mother and my 9-month-old baby, and he helped us with so much, including carrying things in. He let us use a photo of my ID since it had been misplaced, and gave us treats and water since it was so late. I’ve never had such friendly hotel service. The lounge was very clean and updated, breakfast was fresh and delicious, the pool was nice and clean, laundry worked well, and our room was spacious. The bathroom floor could have been cleaner, but otherwise this felt like a dream hotel.
