My key card stopped working after I accidentally put it next to my phone, so I went to the lobby for help. Right then, a woman was screaming at the desk clerk and swearing at her over nonsense. The clerk stayed calm and respectful through the whole thing. When the woman stepped away, I asked for help and the clerk was happy to fix my key, without showing any sign of what had just happened. I think she said her name was Nikki. That really exceeded what I expected tonight. I've been here a little while, and the rooms are nice and clean, the Wi-Fi works great, and all the employees are kind. I'd say it's an amazing place to stay.

I was in room 236, and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The floors throughout the room were just as bad, so I left early. I later heard from someone else that they got bedbugs here. I don't recommend this place. I can see it going out of business soon.

The price was unbeatable, $168 for two weekend nights, and the location was really handy just off I-25. The surrounding restaurants and Walmart were all within a five-minute drive. I was pleasantly surprised by the room. The building looks old and a little dated outside, but inside, the beds and decor felt clean and modern. The overnight lobby worker was extremely friendly and helpful when I needed some last-minute items late at night. There was also a friendly security guard who walked the grounds every hour at night, always smiling, which made me feel safe. Definitely recommend!

My truck was my home, and my two cats were my lifeline. The motel towed it because I was apparently in a handicap spot. You couldn't tell it was handicapped unless you looked up at the sky, and I didn't know it was a handicap spot. Now I'm completely homeless, with nowhere to go and nothing. I'll have to get rid of my cats. Without them, I have no reason to even be here. This motel has left me 100% on the streets.

I had nowhere to go after they told me my booked suite wasn't available when I arrived. I'd reserved two nights for $154. They offered a smaller room at a discount, but it was significantly smaller than what I'd booked, and they tried to charge me $159. Their only other suggestion was to cancel the reservation. Upper management wouldn't help and only tried to sell me other stays. They couldn't take accountability. I'd strongly recommend avoiding this hotel and the whole chain.
