I only had one night here while heading home from a trip through the Northeast, and I wished I could’ve stayed longer. The owner was kind and helpful when I arrived. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, and the inn itself felt like stepping back in time. For the price, it was amazing value. I also got to walk across the street and watch the sunrise over the lake, then grab breakfast before heading home. I really enjoyed the stay and hope to come back someday.

The location made it easy to wander around the village and enjoy the beautiful lake. My husband and I stayed two nights and had a great time. The owners are friendly and kind, and the charming hotel has lots of thoughtful little details. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend the inn.

Alexandra and Antony made my stay in Westport, NY unforgettable. I’d come all the way from New York City hoping to get away from the noise and constant motion, without any real plan. At The Inn in Westport, Antony welcomed me late at night with such warmth and care that I felt safe, even though I was tired and hadn’t felt that way in a long time. The next morning I found the store inside the inn, full of candles, crystals, and books. Everything seemed placed with care, and the feeling of peace there moved me more than the objects themselves. I wanted to stay and buy it all. Alexandra and I didn’t speak the same language, but she understood me. She personally took us to the transportation station and made sure we felt safe and at ease. I’ll never forget that kindness. On the way there, the mountains reminded me so much of home in Colombia: the green, the quiet, the majesty. I felt far away and at home at once, and knew the long trip had been worth it. I came looking for rest and found magic in this sacred place. Thank you, Antony and Alexandra, for sharing it with us. I’ll carry the memory with me forever.

The owner was so kind and helpful. After our flight delays on Friday, I had only two hours to stay before getting up for a hike with my friends. As we were heading out, the owner stopped us and offered us fruit because of the travel trouble. The room was really nice and the bed was comfy. We had a great stay last weekend, and I highly recommend the inn.

A charming historic little hotel, with a lovely library area. My room was clean and spacious. The coffee shop and lobby were oddly closed on both Saturday and Sunday mornings during my stay, but there’s a lovely coffee shop right across the street.
