The bugs were the last straw on top of a really bad bathroom. There was rust, mold, and a dirty tub, plus stink bugs in the room and a spider my boyfriend had to kill in the bathroom. On our previous visit, the room had been covered with bugs that looked like ladybugs but weren’t, on the bed, furniture, and window. We got home from our latest stay today, and this is especially disappointing because we stay here all the time. I’m a Hilton Honors member and expect better quality from a Hilton hotel. The attached pictures show the bathroom and a stink bug.

The staff are doing their best with what Corporate has given them, and they’re wonderful. Breakfast is perfect, and the location is ideal. But the stained furniture is unacceptable, and the bench in the breakfast area needs replacing. I hope the guests, staff, and reputation of all the Hilton locations, including the small-town ones, get the respect they deserve.

The ladies at the front desk and breakfast reception were really nice. The room was clean, but it had a strong smell. The casino was only three minutes away, which is the only reason I gave the location three stars. I guess that made the $150 a night price feel justified.

At 3:30 a.m., I woke up to bed bugs biting me. I grabbed my things right away and called customer care to cancel my reservation and find me another hotel nearby. When I told the front desk, they acted like this was normal, said I’d still be charged for the night, and didn’t offer a decent solution. She said management would contact me within a few hours, but I still haven’t heard from them.

The casino is so close, and this was a great place to stay. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and both the staff and breakfast were awesome.
