The bar across the street is a big problem. In winter it blasts music into the street Fridays and Saturdays from midnight to 3 AM. In summer it's Wednesday through Sunday, 7 PM to 3 AM. In winter the pipes freeze on the top floor, and the building does nothing to prevent it. Residents are left keeping the heat around 73 degrees and dripping the faucet. After I put in an emergency maintenance request, maintenance didn't contact me for FIVE days. The fire alarms go off for stupid reasons, and nobody even comes to turn them off. There isn't a property manager handling resident issues, and emails go unread. Every kind of contact gets ignored. The amenities are fine, but the apartment walls are thin and you hear constant banging from neighbors. Don't rent here. Everything advertised is a lie. I'd give fewer stars if I could.

I can't sleep at night because of the loud music coming from the bar across the street. The amenities are very nice and management is super friendly, but that's why I can only give it one star.

I stayed here in an Airbnb after being released from the hospital following serious spine surgery. I was out of state and having surgery in Manhattan, and this place was a lifesaver. It was very clean.

I tried several times to arrange a tour and get more information about renting, but nobody called or emailed me back. I guess they don't want to rent the units. I can't imagine the service if you actually lived here.
