The room was the usual king executive setup, with a good picture on the LG TV, and the omelette at breakfast was good. Everything else felt just adequate. The shower neck was loose and broken in the wall, towels were oddly kept on a shelf inside the shower, and the very soft bed may or may not suit you. The front desk young man wasn't helpful when I asked for a luggage rack. He said they didn't have one, even though there was one in my room, and just shrugged when I pointed it out. There was only one luggage cart for the whole hotel. We ate at Chili's in West Lebanon, about 10 minutes away. Good service, a good burger, and a $10 meal. The 99 restaurant across the street had a 25 minute wait, while Chili's had none. The hotel is fair and acceptable, but I'd choose somewhere else if I found one with better reviews.

The bathroom was clean when we arrived, and we had plenty of linen and towels. Our king bed was comfortable. Staff at the front were friendly and attentive, and breakfast in the roomy lobby was fine. There's a small exercise room. It's nothing special, but it did the job for a quick workout during our one night stay.

I had to book at the last minute, but the hotel rearranged rooms so my wife and I could have an accessible room for my wheelchair. The service was professional and exceptional throughout, and the location is very convenient, less than a quarter mile from the VA Hospital. There was a safety issue with the shower, which I mentioned the next morning. At checkout they took $45 off the room without me bringing it up again. I'd highly recommend it and would return if I needed to.

The staff were friendly and professional across the board, from the front desk concierges to breakfast staff, maintenance, and housekeeping. Their helpfulness is the reason this is two stars instead of one. But the stay wasn't worth more than $200 a night. Our carpet felt sticky, breakfast was missing the usual waffle maker, and the coffee was weak. There was a Dunkin Donuts nearby, thankfully. I also found the lighting too dim. The A/C couldn't get our room below 77 degrees Fahrenheit. Maintenance brought a box fan, which got it to 74 at best, still much warmer than we keep home. I won't stay at this location again or recommend it to friends or business associates.

I spent a week in the Studio King and felt safe the whole time. The room was quiet, bigger than I expected, and very clean, with a closet, a large dresser, lots of bathroom counter space, and a little sitting area with a table. I liked the smart TV for streaming and the many continental breakfast options. There was plenty to do nearby, too. A few things weren't right when I arrived: the room smelled like bug spray, the mini fridge froze everything, and the deadbolt was broken. I didn't mention them to staff, but I'm sure they could've been fixed easily. Still, I had a great stay and would come back.
