Good Medicine Lodge Bed & Breakfast

My husband, my mom, and I spent five nights at Good Medicine Lodge, and we're already figuring out when we can return. It felt like staying with family, with the comforts of home and staff who cared how our day went and offered recommendations. Shayla especially went out of her way to make us comfortable. The lodge was beautiful, cozy, and spotless. Our Huckleberry Suite was just right for two, and we loved the gas stove and heated bathroom tiles. I watched the sunrise from the balcony with my coffee. Breakfast each morning was delicious, healthy, and filling. The complimentary snacks helped on long sightseeing and hiking days, and the afternoon sweets were a hit, especially the honey brown butter cookies. Everything we ate tasted lovingly made with quality ingredients. It was an incredible trip, and we can't wait to come back.

We rented the whole lodge for our wedding this year, and having all our guests together in one central place made everything run smoothly. Everyone was comfortable, and the value of the experience will stay with us for a lifetime. Shayla, the lodge manager, looked out for us throughout the stay. Breakfast was spectacular, and she even hosted a dinner for us one evening. We'd highly recommend Good Medicine Lodge for a smaller destination wedding.

We only had one night at Good Medicine Lodge and hated having to leave. Beargrass was clean and comfortable, with nice shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and we enjoyed the balcony rocking chairs. There were thoughtful extras all around the lodge, including complimentary snacks and drinks, books and games, and hiking gear like bear spray, poles, sunscreen, and GNP maps. We didn't get to try the outdoor fire pit or hot tub, but both were available, and the shared spaces felt cozy. Shayla was a friendly, attentive innkeeper, and it was easy to communicate with Derek, who accommodated our date change without any hassle. The location was convenient for downtown Whitefish and GNP. I can't say enough good things about the place. We'd love to return and definitely recommend it.

With a large group, we rented the entire lodge and were very impressed. It was clean, and the staff and innkeepers were around during the day if we needed anything. The snacks were excellent and complimentary, with alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks available too. Breakfast was amazing, and we could choose between two options the day before. I'd absolutely stay here again.
