The hot tub was great, the food was delicious, and the lodge felt welcoming and comfortable. The fondue is especially worth trying. I also want to mention a few staff members who made the stay stand out. JR Ready took real care in helping me get a lost-and-found item back and explained the best routes to and from the snow bus. Kendra at the front desk was warm, accommodating, and helpful from the moment I arrived. I enjoyed the bartender's company too, though I feel bad that I can't remember her name. She was friendly and professional. I had a wonderful stay at Grouse Mountain Lodge and will definitely be back.

The location was close to town and businesses, parking was ample, and I liked the gas fire pits with couches and blankets. Still, the stay was just okay. My room was missing a top sheet, and the rugs in the room and hall were old and dreary. The hotel has potential, but felt like three stars or less and needs upgrades. The pool was out of service while work was underway, apparently until next year, which was disappointing. We stayed as part of a Great Value Vacation package, and it did the job without exceeding expectations. I'm not sure I'd return.

Our group of six families, 12 adults and 15 kids, just spent four nights at Grouse Mountain Lodge for a corporate family retreat. Everyone's feedback was extremely positive, and we're hoping to do it again. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make the stay memorable for the kids. Special thanks to Mariah, Sarah, and Bobby for their excellent service and extra effort. We had a wonderful time. Thanks, GML, and we're looking forward to coming back!

It's quiet and scenic, especially facing the golf course, and the outdoor deck with fire pits has been a treat. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are definitely dated, and a few things could be better for comfort. I also liked how dark the rooms were.

We had a great stay in both summer and winter, and Christmas was especially full of winter wonderland vibes. The shuttle to the ski hill was really handy, and the Nordic Center was just across the street, about a two-minute walk, for cross-country skiing. The lobby was cute, with guests relaxing by the fire, and the heated porch was lovely. It felt like a 90s Hallmark movie. Staff were very friendly and took care of all our needs, and the outdoor hot tub was a nice bonus.
