We had a family suite that was very spacious and had a great view, and the location is good. But the place felt dirty enough to make us uncomfortable. There were big red stains on the comforter, several long hairs in the sheets, food visibly pressed into the carpet, toothpaste spit on the walls, and old trash and crumbs under and behind furniture. We asked for the room to be cleaned again, but they only took care of the obvious jelly smudge on the carpet. The elevator walls had old spill stains too, so their cleanliness standard just isn't there. The AC units and faux fireplace made loud grinding or banging sounds. Breakfast was okay, neither good nor terrible. The pool and game room looked cool, and the free washer and dryers were helpful, even though they were a little beat up. You might book for the rate and location, but be ready to pick hairs off the bed and avoid sticky spots on the floor. We might book again, though we'd seriously consider the Apres hotel next door.

We came in winter and had fun playing in the snow. For a summer visit, I assume it would be great too, with paddle board rentals and other things available. The heated indoor-outdoor pool, cocoa bar, and smores station were big hits with my kid, and she loved the pancake machine. We arrived by Amtrak, and the hotel shuttle picked us up at the station and took us back for our trip home. It's also right on the free SNOW bus line, so we got to the ski resort and around town easily without a car. With a car, Glacier NP isn't too far, though from past experience, for a park day I'd probably stay closer because the entry lines can get very long.

The best part was being able to rent a bike or kayak as part of the stay. The hotel sits by a beautiful river and a breathtaking bike trail, and that trail takes you into town in about 5-10 minutes, depending on where you're going. We stayed last June for a friend's wedding and were blown away by the value. The room was nice and clean, and breakfast each morning was an easy, on-time, make-your-own-plate setup. There was a scenic outdoor dining area and a big window bar with a view. Staff were very friendly too. The elevator felt a bit dated, and the hallways seemed slightly old, but once you're in the room it's easy to forget. My family and I will definitely be back.

The rooms are roomy and clean, and the free shuttle to the ski resort is hard to beat. The game room and breakfast lounge gave us a place to eat in and gather with friends. Breakfast was hot and plentiful, though a bit more variety would have been nice over our three-night stay. The Riverfront staff across the front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and service were the best. Yana and Chris made us feel like family. We'll definitely make this our regular place to stay.

Jesus at the front desk was incredibly kind when we asked about checking in early, and we got a free mug with trail mix at check-in. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and had lots of choices. The staff knew the bus system well and answered our questions. There were fresh cookies and coffee around the clock, and our room and patio were cleaned well. Everyone was considerate, even through the shift change. We had a great stay as a family of four with a 2-year-old and a 6-year-old, and would definitely recommend it.
