I checked three rooms and wouldn't stay in any of them. None had been cleaned properly: there was dirt on the floors, cleaning solution left unrinsed in the tub, and cigarette burns on the floor and bed linens, despite the room supposedly being non-smoking. Neither Victorian Inn nor the booking agency OYO refunded me. Beware!
10/10
After staying at Whitesboro Inn too, I found the difference night and day. Victorian Inn was clean, quiet, and well kept, with roomy, comfortable rooms. The staff were professional, respectful, and welcoming, and the whole stay felt stress-free. You can tell the place is cared for. Between the two, I'd clearly choose Victorian Inn. Highly recommend.
10/10
The one snag was the cable and WiFi. We lost half the TV channels and couldn't keep a steady WiFi connection. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and the service was great. We were dealing with money trouble, and they worked with us until we got caught up. Everyone was always nice and respectful.
8/10
The room was clean and looked nice, and it served its purpose, but that bed left me sore all over. The mattress was so hard and uncomfortable that even after taking Ibuprofen and then Tylenol, I was still aching. There was rust all around the tub and wall, and the shower needs replacing. Disgusting. I'll wait until I get home tomorrow, Saturday.
10/10
It's right off the highway, right at the very end of the on ramp to 82. The rooms are spacious and cozy, and the service was awesome. They really look after you while still being respectful.
