Adventurer Oceanfront Inn

Having a mini big refrigerator in the room was a real blessing. There was plenty of parking, and being right on the beach made it easy to walk out to the ocean.

The room itself was modern, very clean, spacious, and had a nice kitchenette. We had an ocean-front room, but the setup felt more like a room on the boardwalk, with people constantly passing by and looking up at us on the balcony. Cars parked right below, doors slamming, and loud conversations made it feel like there was no privacy. The walk to the ocean was about a mile and a half, no exaggeration. The beach was flooded badly, so getting to the water felt like walking through quicksand. Nobody mentioned that when we called to book. If you don't mind being around crowds all the time and aren't concerned about privacy, this may suit you. I won't be back.

A private balcony overlooking the ocean and pool was a great bonus, and we also enjoyed the relaxing patio deck. The room and all the hotel amenities were impressively clean. The atmosphere was wonderful, with a friendly, welcoming staff throughout. Our stay at the Adventurer Inn in Wildwood met and even exceeded what we expected. Thanks to everyone for making our vacation such a positive, lovely experience. We'd recommend this hotel.

We found a room for one night at short notice without any trouble. The location at the end of the boardwalk is great, just steps from the beach, and the room was clean, spacious, and had a balcony. Breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was excellent. Highly recommend. My 7 year old son’s review: “I really liked this hotel. It was right by the mini golf place and the boardwalk, and the room was great. It had two rooms inside and a balcony, which beats the Embassy Suites in Kentucky because that one didn't have a balcony!”
