The prices are hard to beat for this location, especially if you share with another couple like we did and split the cost. This isn't a five-star hotel, but it was very good value, and we plan to return for Labor Day weekend after our first visit. The oceanfront condos all have great views from the upper floors, though some rooms are larger than others, and photos are on their website. The rooms are privately owned but managed by The Madrid. We dealt with Amber at the front desk, who was the nicest and most helpful staff member. Some of the rooms could be better maintained and don't look up to date.

I loved my stay. The studio-style room was adorable, the view was beautiful, and check-in and checkout were easy. Everyone was super friendly, and the pool was meticulously kept. It's a beautiful area, close to both Cape May and the Wildwood boardwalk.

The owners clearly take pride in Unit 210, and it shows. The room is adorable and CLEAN, with brand new beds, pillows, flooring, and outdoor bar-height chairs. It also has granite countertops, glass shower doors, double refrigerators, and a stainless convection microwave. I'm not sure what that other reviewer is talking about, but room 210 is very clean.

We loved Unit 307 and 307A, which belong to the same owner, and would definitely stay in those same units again. The interiors are modern and the view was amazing. Armando from Cabrera property management was excellent at helping us sort out a few details that needed adjusting. The pool was very clean and just the right temperature.

We return to the Madrid every year and love it. The view from every room is beautiful, and the pool is great too.
