We had a great family stay. Being right by the beach made it easy to spend our days enjoying the ocean and the views. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. Whenever we had a question, the staff were friendly and ready to help.

The location was nice, but management did nothing about a group that was trashing the place. A huge bunch of people, maybe high school or college students, had taken all the rooms except ours. They drank, smoked, and wrecked things, and the police were called twice. The pool was already dirty before we checked in, with beer bottles in it. Our room looked old, the doors were broken, and our feet got dirty just from walking around. This hotel wasn't what most of the reviews led me to expect.

I had a blast at this five-star resort. Loved the rooms and had such a great experience. I'll be back soon.

We spent one night here with my two young children, and it seemed fine when we arrived. Then we found the door lock was broken, so I had to prop a chair against it to feel secure. The rooms are old and outdated, the windows weren't clean, and there was nobody around, with no office open. We got food for our sons that they didn't finish, and when they woke up, there were ants all over the food, nightstand, and room. There was tape beneath the second-floor windows, and anyone could get into those rooms. The doors don't lock, it felt unsafe, and there was no staff. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
