The room smelled like pee, and the bathtub was covered in dirt, as though it hadn’t been touched after the last guest. There were dirty marks and handprints on the bathroom door, plus hair and roaches in the bathroom. When I told staff about the roaches, they said, “yea we are trying to get it under control,” so they know about the problem. The windows don’t lock, which made me feel anyone could get into the room. When I asked for fresh towels, staff initially wanted me to bring down the used ones first. After I refused, she said housekeeping would be in soon and they’d see what they could do, though she eventually gave me two towels. I wouldn’t recommend this roach-infested hotel to anyone.

The location is convenient for just about everything around here, and the extended-stay rates are the best in the area. It’s a comfortable, affordable option for a longer stay. The staff are kind, courteous, and accommodating. My room was clean and spacious, with an efficient full kitchenette.

My husband had booked and paid for a room ahead of time during a 14-hour road trip, but when he arrived at 3am they wouldn’t let him in to use it. The room was ready and vacant. I called politely to ask why, since I’ve worked in customer service, but the woman was rude and gave no clear explanation. She didn’t explain it to my husband either. Now I have to try to cancel the charge through my bank because we didn’t get the service we paid for. Their 2am cutoff isn’t listed anywhere on the website. Be warned, they refuse entry after 2am without a refund.

I came looking for somewhere to stay for a couple of days and was drawn in by the price, but ended up very disappointed after being charged twice. The place was filthy, had roaches, and both the hotel and room smelled like a huge pack of Newports. I’m sleeping in my car because it feels much better than what I found there.
