The best part was how kind the owner and staff were after I lost my favorite necklace. I called Motel 8 that morning, but housekeeping hadn’t seen it in the room, so I figured it was gone somewhere in the desert. A couple of days later, they called to ask me to describe a necklace found in the laundry. Since we were already back home in Washington state, they kindly mailed it to me. I’m extremely grateful for that kindness, which went well beyond what I expected. We’d made this a last-minute stay after watching Sandhill cranes fly in at sunset and deciding to stay for sunrise too. We rushed out in the morning to catch them taking off. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a nice shower and lovely air conditioning. The pool looked very inviting, though we didn’t have time to hang out there.

The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the rates are better than Motel 6. There’s more space, the beds are much more comfortable, and it’s quiet. My wife and I usually stay at Motel 6 when we travel with our pet, but this motel is in a different league. I’ve stayed here twice in the fall, for up to 8 days at a stretch, and the staff have been very friendly and accommodating. I’ll be back in coming years with a smile. Thanks. Regards, John Hosking

After checking rates in Tucson, I thought the price was reasonable, and I was grateful for a clean, secure, comfortable room at a good rate. I’d arrived late at night after a very long drive without a reservation, but the gentleman at the front desk was accommodating and sympathetic. Thank you!

The owners are incredibly kind and attentive, and I’m so grateful I stayed here. They make things easy for longer stays, and the prices are affordable for everyone. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and highly recommend it to everyone. Blessings to the owners!

No need to push on with the drive when a place like this is available. The room was very clean, the service was great, and the Wi-Fi was fast, which was nice since service in the area isn’t great. Definitely recommend.
